We are a family from Slovakia who decided to create a cozy and welcoming place for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and recharge in the fresh Šumava air surrounded by nature.

We offer 4 spacious rooms with a total capacity for up to 8 adults and 2 children.
Our garden
Enjoy relaxing in our garden with pergola and a fire pit, where you can grill something delicious or simply unwind with a glass of wine and reminisce.
Parking
The cottage includes 2 parking spaces with the option of charging electric vehicles via a wallbox.
A garden shed is also available for storing your sports equipment.
Our mini Wellness
Our garden also features a sauna, an outdoor hot tub available year-round, and a terrace with sun loungers for sunbathing or relaxing after a sauna session.

Kilometrs of skiing and cross-country trails
The Lipno region is ideal not only for skiers but also for cross-country enthusiasts.
You can enjoy downhill skiing at the Lipno Ski Resort in Lipno nad Vltavou or across the border in Austria at the Sternstein Ski Resort.
For cross-country skiing, we recommended the nearby Pasečná trails, witch connect to the Austrian resort of TraumArena, offering 51 km of well-maintained tracks.
Walks and cycling trips
The landscape around Lipno is a paradise for cyclists, with hundrets of kilometres of cycling routes suitable for both experienced and recreational riders.
If you prefer something other than cycling, you can visit Deviľ’s wall, St. Wolfgang Waterfalls, the Lipno-Frymburk educational trail, the Treetop Walkway, Lake Lipno or the Kingdom of the forest for children.
Water activities
Summer at Lipno naturally revolves around time spent by the water.
For rafting enthusiasts, we recommend trying the Vltava river. In our opinion, the ideal route is to start in Vyšší Brod and finish in Zlatá Koruna.
In Lipno nad Vltavou, you’ll find many options for entertainment, atractions and tourism.
If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you can enjoy it at the beach in Přední Výtoň.
